Please ensure the following:

• Vehicle on a flat gradient
• Vehicle and tires easily accessible
• Lug-Nut-Key ready for use
• Tires can be on or off rims

Payment

Payment due upon completion of work with Debit, Visa, Mastercard or Cash.

Genuine Auto is not accountable for any pre-existing conditions that might cause problems with servicing of your vehicle. For example: worn, stripped or damaged wheel nuts.

Cancellation Policy

If customer needs to cancel please do so with a minimum of 24 hours before booked appointment. If not a $20 charge will be applied.
